Well, they didn't quite manage to pull it off. Despite briefly making the top 10 during voting, sadly the song that Ric wrote with his great friend and collaborator Daz Sampson did not win the Eurovision Song Contest. A wise man said on camera before the event that they'd be proud to lose to Lordi. He didn't quite count on the other 17 acts that came ahead of the UK, but never mind eh? They both - especially Daz - had a sensational time. You would not believe how insane and mental the Eurovision is, but you would believe how exciting it is. As far as enthusiasm and cameraderie go, this is a World Class event that everybody should really experience at some point. Ladies and gentlemen, Daz and Ric will try again next year. Official.
