Ricardo Autobahn is a writer composing for soundtracks, adverts, corporate events and TV shows.
He co-wrote the UK's 2006 Eurovision entry, the top 10 hit
'Teenage Life' with Daz Sampson.

He is a member of the Cuban Boys, who had a top 5 million selling UK hit single in the same week
they had a number 1 on John Peel's Festive 50. During a Cuban Boys hiatus, Ric and Jenny
formed Spray. Spray have topped every college radio chart in the USA with 'I Am Gothic'.
The Cuban Boys recently regrouped, and there is new music online. They are currently
favourites of Phill Jupitus on 6Music and John Kennedy on XfM.

Ricardo scored another top 10 smash in 2002, this time with the UK's number 5 rapper Daz
Sampson
and the legendary country star Glen Campbell on a remake of 'Rhinestone Cowboy'.
In 2003 the papier mache kids band the Barndance Boys had a hit and toured the UK.
Ric also scored some award- winning commercials, reworked the Battle Of The Planets music
for the international DVD, and lots of other soundtrack work that will be archived here soon.

In 2005 Ric co-wrote and produced the international hit 'The Woah Song' with DJ Daz and - also
with Daz - co-wrote Dana Rayne's club hit 'Flying High'.

2006 saw another top 10 hit with 'Teenage Life', the recording of Ric's full-length debut
solo album, co-writing and producing Lolly Pop's eponymous album, more indie radio sessions
from the Cuban Boys, and being part of the Becky 'Less Than Three' internet phenomenon.

In 2009 Autobahn collaborated with DEVO on his new project The Attery Squash and with Lolly Pop
again in Pop Inc. Watch out also for new productions in the Eurodance field - details to come...

EUROVISION: 2006 saw Ric's long-time working partnership with Daz Sampson produce the UK's Eurovision entry 'Teenage Life', as well as the European smash hit 'The Woah Song'. For 2007 the pair have produced a new DJ Daz single 'JUMP', which is out all over Europe this winter. Listen out for the Ricardo Autobahn Disco Special remix.

NEW ALBUM 1: 'Interrobang' is the title of the all new solo album from Ricardo Autobahn. The album is a heavily melodic instrumental release - but not without some classic beats, a sprinkling of vocoders and a guest vocal from Daz Sampson himself. This state-of-the-art album will be download only (click here for a direct link to iTunes), but you can get a CDR copy in a proper full colour sleeve via this site if you want one.

NEW ALBUM 2: Spray's 2006 album 'Children Of A Laser God' is soon to be re-issued as a double pack special edition CD containing an entire CD of brand new remixes (and some old ones...and some unfinished demos. But you get the idea). The main album is, as always, available on iTunes. Spray's cult synthpop hit 'Living In Neon' can be found on iTunes by clicking this text here.

NEW ALBUM 3: Ricardo's much-anticipated collaboration with the sensational US electrostar and cyberdiva Lolly Pop was recently released in the US. Lolly's full length album 'Lolly Pop' is co-written and co-produced by Ric, and is a rich mix of lush baroque technopop and dreamy disko.
You really want to check out Lolly's MySpace page for occasional previews and information, including a full tracklisting of the album, tour dates and release news. You can buy the CD from her website http://www.electrolollypop.com
